Space and comfort will not be a problem as the villa is 2000 sq feet on 3 levels. The master bedroom , private bath and walk in closet are on the top level with 12 foot ceilings. The main living space has direct view of the private swimming pool and outdoor area with comfortable sun loungers.
The kitchen is a masterpiece with hardwood cabinets and granit counter tops. A second bedroom is located on the lower floor with Marble floors and private bathroom.
The 2 bedrooms have both en suite bathroom with king size beds. There is no telephone or dishwasher but there is a microwave.
AC is available and you will find 2 fans in the main living area.

Amenities

We have experience in looking after you. Our maid service is first class and our knowledge of the area and its activities too. Our staff are located in Manuel Antonio and, at your request, will organize your activies, transfers, chef service or any other requirements that we can plan for you in Advance.

Restaurants , super markets and pharmacies are located no more than 800 yards from the villa. There is a Taxi rank as well as a bus service to the beaches that runs every ½ hour. There is a small convenience store 80 yards from the villa.

Nature & activities

The villa is ideally located 5 minutes from the world class beaches of the Manuel Antonio bay area. Beach lovers will be delighted with the snorkling, diving, kayaking and swimming in warm water. You can access the national park from the main beach where you can discover many species of wildlife whilst hiking through the clearly marked trails.

For those who require a little more adrenaline we have many tours from the Quepos / Manuel Antonio area : ATV tour, zip line canopy tour, white water rafting, sunset, dolphin watch, surfing, parasailing, mangrove tours, sportfishing and horseback riding.
