		Unique design home with panoramic mountain and jungle view The main floor has a gourmet kitchen and social area which opens out onto a balcony dominating the jungle 30 feet below to observe the ever present monkeys and toucans. The home has 3 large bedrooms with on suite bathrooms and the newly constructed pool is a magnificent addition to this unique villa which our guests describe as breathing relaxation and tranquility.

Nature & activities The villa is ideally located close to the world class beaches and the nearby mountains. For those who require a little more adrenaline we have many tours from the Quepos / Manuel Antonio area : ATV tour, zip line canopy tour, white water rafting, sunset, dolphin watch, surfing, parasailing, mangrove tours, sportfishing and horseback riding. 		50% of rental income to be paid in advance with a $200 damage deposit returnable on departure. The remaining 50% to be paid in cash upon arrival.
